Advantage Accelerator

Dylan is currently a senior undergrad student in the College of Business majoring in Business Administration with a focus in Entrepreneurship. He has been accepted into Austin Lab, a program created to support students with business aspirations. Austin Lab uses hands-on teaching on how to launch a business, develop products, market ideas, and build teams. Dylan is thrilled to be a part of the Advantage Accelerator team to further his knowledge in start-up businesses.

In the summertime, Dylan is a wildland firefighter with five summers of experience. From directing helicopter drops on fires to writing concise emails, he is an effective communicator. He also was a walk-on on the Oregon State Crew team only to leave to follow a solo start-up project, developing a tool for timber fallers. Working on his own start-up, he understands the valuable skills of cold calling, calculating costs, finding alternative strategies, and staying motivated.

Dylan was born and raised in Roseburg then moved to Portland for two years to attend community college. His extracurricular activities include snowboarding, mountain biking, and anything outside. However, majority of his free time is taken up prototyping his first start-up project.
