My role is to identify and protect OSU employee inventions and to create commercial opportunities in support of industry and university research programs.  A large part of my duties are to utilize the staff’s technical and commercial experience to best serve OSU employee inventors and to execute various agreements with industry cooperators.  Executing technology licenses, creating new start-ups, and supporting industry agreements all represent new opportunity for business and provide job creation and support of the university mission, as we work to share OSU-based research with the public.

I have a background in applied industrial science and research program management.  My specialization is primarily in the agricultural sciences.
