Mr. Manley’s background as a real estate developer created a passion for revitalizing neglected properties and maximizing income. He restored a blighted 1887 National Historic Registry building that has been called "the best example of cast iron architecture in the Pacific Northwest" and partnered with public and private groups to promote economic development.
Marc is a technology executive with experience spanning start-ups, turn-around situations, and global project management at a major investment bank. He managed organizations with over 100 staff, 100s of indirect staff members, and $12 million annual budgets.
